It's time for a midweek push! Let's build endurance with a full hour of cardio. Don't forget to hydrate!

Midweek rest day. You can choose to take a day off, or try a deep stretch and release.

Back to basics: a full one hour at the barre, focusing on alignment, muscular endurance and technique.

Wrapping up the week with a combo collection of exercises from each of our signature classes. Enjoy!
Week Two

Lower body endurance to build support for the knee joint and power.

A short blast of cardio for endurance and circulation.

Rest day: take the day off or treat yourself to a deep stretch and release.

A slow and controlled focus on deep core support.

Establishing balance: half hour to find your core and half hour to lengthen.
Week Three

A full hour at the barre, focusing on safe alignment, length and muscular endurance.

30 seconds push, 30 seconds rest, for 30 minutes! Pacing ourselves to build aerobic endurance.

Time for a midweek rest. Choose between this Absolute Beginner Ballet class, one of our Adagio Stretch classes, or take a day off!

Just a quick 20 minute express barre to build endurance and realign...

Half an hour of classical sculpting and toning to finish off the week!
Week Four

A half hour circuit, cycling through a series of classical sculpt exercises. Revisiting each to improve each time.

Time for an intense cardio push, one hour allegro and lots of sweat! Don't forget to hydrate and take breaks when you need!

A double bill blend of cardio and sculpt, designed to alternate from the barre to the mat for a full sweaty hour.

A midweek pause and deep release. This is your time to stretch with us, or take a day off...

A half hour intense burn targeting upper body/core and guaranteed to make you sweat!

An efficient 20 minutes bringing the focus down to lengthen and strengthen our lower body.

A one hour balance of classical sculpt and stretch to ease out of the week...
