This year it’s on Sunday January 5th, so you have a few days to recover from NYE festivities before you kick off the first work week of the year. Join us for a whirlwind trip through all of Extension Metjod’s ballet fitness highlights…with a glorious stretch and mediation to gently wind down.

Looking ahead to 2025, I’m amazed and touched to think of how many students have continued to dance with me from when this photo was taken, I believe in 2005. That’s twenty years moving together…you know who you are.

What a dance family we have become. Finishing each class with your smiles and support keeps me moving forward, despite all odds, obstacles and heartache.

Thank you. As we close out this year, let’s hold out a hand to another to inspire them to do the same. 💙

Remember, you can always make up a missed class by dropping in to another class in the same 8 week session. For example, can’t make Sunday Barre 101 this week? No problem, you are welcome to try any other classes offered in the week to make it up provided it falls in the same session. Use this as the perfect opportunity to step out of your comfort zone and try a different style class… be brave and get your sweat on in Allegro Ballet Bootcamp, or get back to basics with ballet technique in Beginner Ballet!
