BEGINNER POINTE WORKSHOP w/Kate Garrett- July 27- Aug 31

July 27, 2014 at 2:00pm

This class takes you through the very first steps to begin ‘en pointe’, beginning with the foot exercises that dancers perform daily to ensure strong feet and ankles. From there the class progresses to the barre to continue building strength and learn the foundation steps of pointe work.
